Founder Rip Gresham is a native Arkansan and graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Business. He began his professional career with Stephens Inc. before establishing and managing his own CPA practice. This financial and business background uniquely positions our company to manage complex construction projects with strong oversight, accountability, and strategic planning.
For the past 20 years, Rip and his wife have called Northwest Arkansas home, where the company has focused on delivering high-quality residential and commercial construction.
Our team brings more than 100 years of combined experience in construction, insurance, and business development. Owner
Rip graduated from the University of Arkansas and is a licensed CPA (inactive). He began his career as a business owner in Arkansas, gaining extensive experience before transitioning into construction in 1990. Over the years, he has built and renovated residential and commercial properties, developed two residential subdivisions, and completed projects including churches, office buildings, and commercial infills.
A lifelong Arkansan, Rip spent two years in Lawton, Oklahoma when his father was transferred there with ARKLA. He grew up in Hope, Arkansas and moved to the Little Rock area at age 11. Rip graduated from Sylvan Hills High School and earned his CPA license in 1978.
Rip’s career has given him broad knowledge of construction, having owned and operated several companies over the years. His experience includes custom homes, commercial buildings, churches, and high-end remodeling projects.
For the past 20 years, Rip has developed large tract subdivisions in Northwest Arkansas and was among the early builders introducing barndominium-style homes in the region.
When he’s not working, Rip enjoys fly fishing on the White River, his favorite way to relax and recharge. His experience and passion for construction continue to guide the mission of Gresham Construction, where quality, dedication, and craftsmanship remain central to every project.

With more than 30 years of experience in business ownership, Carol has founded and successfully sold two highly successful companies. She holds an Arkansas Real Estate Broker’s license under Relocation Services of Arkansas and serves as a Senior Business Intermediary with Confidential Business Intermediaries (CBI), assisting buyers and sellers through complex transactions.
As part of the Gresham team, Carol helps guide clients through every stage of the relocation process with expertise and personalized service.

Project Manager
Bobby is a dedicated project manager with 25 years of experience in the construction industry. A native of Van Buren, Arkansas and a lifelong resident of the state, he has worked extensively on new residential construction, home renovations, commercial infill projects, and commercial structures.
Bobby takes great pride in calling Northwest Arkansas home, where he and his wife have happily settled.

Barry is a project manager and lifelong Arkansas resident with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked on large-scale projects alongside general contractors across the country, bringing valuable insight and expertise to both commercial and residential construction projects.

Brian serves as our project manager in Mountain Home, Arkansas. For more than 20 years he successfully managed his own framing crew before joining our team.
Today he oversees construction projects in Mountain Home, where we have built numerous homes both in town and along the White River. Brian works closely with clients to bring their vision to life while ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
