Rip Gresham

Rip has lived in Arkansas most of his life with the exception of two years in Lawton, OK when his dad was transferred there with ARKLA. He grew up in Hope, Arkansas and moved to the Little Rock area when he was 10 years old. Rip graduated from Sylvan Hills High School, the University of Arkansas and obtained his CPA license in ’78. His favorite relaxation time is spent fly fishing the white river. he has owned several different companies through the years and has a broad base of knowledge revolving around all types of construction. For the past 20 years he has developed two large tract subdivisions, custom homes, new commercial buildings, churches and a variety of high-end remodeling projects. He was one of the first to start building “barndominiums” in Northwest Arkansas. In his spare time, he also enjoys traveling with his wife and volunteering for Micah’s house.
